Who we are
hygge. is a South African ice cream brand. When we say we, us or our, we mean hygge. You can reach us at hello@hyggescoops.co.za.
What we collect
When you order, create an account, apply to stock us or join our list, we collect the details you give us: your name, email, phone number, delivery address and order history. We do not collect or store card details. Payments are handled by our payment partner.
Why we use it
- To process and deliver your orders.
- To manage your account and answer your messages.
- To send you news and offers, only if you said yes.
- To improve our website, only if you allowed analytics cookies.
Who we share it with
Only the people who help us run the shop: our courier, our payment partner and our email provider. They may only use your details to do that job. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as the law requires, and your account details until you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or unsubscribe from emails at any time. Email us and we will sort it out. You can also contact the Information Regulator of South Africa.
